Hi, just looking for someone in the same era as me to touch base. I don't have a lot to lose, around 6 kg would be great, but its the hardest 6 kg I have ever tried to lose. Having a few hip issues and want to get the weight off to help my health. I am 58 and live in Victoria. I love food and cooking and would be great to have someone to chat to who gets Aussie ingredients!

    Hi, rejoined yesterday. 58 this year, moved to victoria in november last year from MNC NSW. I just want to lose 4kg, managed it in January after 12 months hard work and 6 months on MFP. Disappointingly have put it back on since ( left MFP). Thought i would rejoin for the encouragement and the discipline of the daily log in, keeps me honest and away from bakeries.     South Aussie here. I'm not 50, just turned 44. I'm struggling to lose the last 4kgs, it's slow going for sure.
