Just getting started

Well today is my first day !! Started out with 20 minutes on the treadmill and running in the pool then some laps I just need to stay focused. I would like to loose around 50 pounds. Wish me luck

I joined last Friday. I have some knee issues and it's causing some big issues. I can't exercise anymore due to a meniscus issue. That's it, I taking my life back and making some changes. It's time for this extra weight to leave my body for good and get back my life.1
