Classic rock (AC/DC, Def Leppard are my favorites) mixed in with running cadences. I use Booker T & the MGs and "Signe" by Eric Clapton to cool down with.

80s, because of the hi tempo beat, and christian hip hop mostly. Some rock like breaking benjamin, rise against, papa roach and system of the down. But I gotta be in the mood.

Sorry. Sometimes I can't turn the "smart-asss" off. I do, too, btw. Great for chilling out and relaxing.

Ha, no problem, I'm usually that way too. I no someone who listens to classical while working out, so I believed you.

For cardio work it was something like Five Finger Death Punch, The Glitch Mob, or Rammstein. For lifting it was almost exclusively Winds of Plague, Emmure, and Whitechapel.

I often work out on Sundays, and I think the music at the Gym gets chosen by whichever employee comes in first that day. One week, they were playing old school metal. May sound strange but I felt like my squat sets felt much easier when Sabbath's Sweet Leaf was playing.

I seem to switch between metal and hip hop/rap. Some favs are In This Moment, Five Finger Death Punch, Black Swan Theory, Drake,Two Chains, and Ying Yang Twins.

Lately, Mars Volta is spastic enough to get me all energised. I've been listening to Grimes too

God this song works so well on the bike.
