Hi! I'm a 21 year old looking for some motivating friends to add with similar goals! About 2 years ago I had went from 155lbs to 120lbs in about a year it got unhealthy to where even though I had surpassed my goal I was only eating 900 calories a day and was losing weight too fast. I then lost my ESA cat suddenly and fell into a pit. That pit included not caring about myself so much so that I went from 120lbs to 180lbs. Now I'm back at it and in a better emotional state, just looking for friends with similar goals to comment on posts and encourage each other! Send me a request if you would like to be apart of an encouraging atmosphere!

    Hey your story sounds like mine. I went from 190 to 165 and then gained it back and am down to 175. Getting my energy and motivation back on track. I'm 22 so we're close in age. Would love to help motivate eachother. You got this.

    I'm about 160 trying to get down to 130. I'll be 24 next week, so we're close.
    I'm doing p90x and it's really hard.

    Thanks for the adds! Having friends with similar goals is so helpful!

    BlendaBrenda I did P90X for awhile but found it hard to motivate for the time period; I did however have great success with T25! Same concept and a lot of the same moves but less breaks, you power through 25 mins and boom done! Either way both those programs always have such great results!
