For cardio work it was something like Five Finger Death Punch, The Glitch Mob, or Rammstein. For lifting it was almost exclusively Winds of Plague, Emmure, and Whitechapel.0

I often work out on Sundays, and I think the music at the Gym gets chosen by whichever employee comes in first that day. One week, they were playing old school metal. May sound strange but I felt like my squat sets felt much easier when Sabbath's Sweet Leaf was playing.1
