ok on the goals page if i dont put any fitness i get 1200 cals a day
If i put 2 weorkouts i get 1350 So ive been using 1350. BUT then i record my fitness and eat some of the cals back. Am i counting fitness cals twice?? should i put zero for fitness then add it daily as i do it? i feel like im having them twice..hence me gaining half a pound despite me training soo hard

The exercise goals you enter in Settings are simply that - goals, to be able to give yourself something to shoot for. They have no effect whatsoever on cal goals. The only time exercise changes your cal goals is when you log exercise each day. At that time, MFP will add cals to keep your deficit (based on your loss per week goal) stable. So no, they aren't being double counted.
ETA: However, remember that you should not include your purposeful exercise in your activity level. That WOULD result in double counting. Activity level should only include daily activities at home (cooking, watching tv, brushing teeth, etc) and whatever you do for work.0 -

Based on your ticker, 2 lbs is probably way too aggressive for you. The less fat stores you have, the more conservative your deficit needs to be. Might help to read these, to help determine a healthy, realistic cal goal/deficit. Good luck reaching your goals!

1350 is bordering on starvation. If you workout on top of that, you are sabotaging your weight loss efforts because your body with fight back and retain EVERYTHING it can to stay alive. If you work out for 30 mins a day as an example, the LEAST you could eat is appr 1600/day because you'll be sure to burn appr 300-400 in 30 mins of serious cardio. Never EVER go below 1200 with a sedentary lifestyle. I eat 2000 a day but I workout appr 2-3 hours a day.0
