Weight loss / muscle gain

I'm almost at my weight loss goal and I want to gain some muscle. Any MFP members wanting to tag along in the journey? Support and encouragement are great motivators!

    I'm available, searching for supporters as well. I've got my fitness in check but need to drop body fat.

    Please add me as a friend. I have about 10 pounds to lose, a runner who is close to being washed up due to knee problems and thinking about weight training, circuit training and kettle bells along with some cardio. I would love to have someone to bounce stuff off of and be able to encourage. Thanks!!!
