I'm almost at my weight loss goal and I want to gain some muscle. Any MFP members wanting to tag along in the journey? Support and encouragement are great motivators!

I have about 10 pounds to lose, a runner who is close to being washed up due to knee problems and thinking about weight training, circuit training and kettle bells along with some cardio. I would love to have someone to bounce stuff off of and be able to encourage. Thanks!!!0
