Does anyone know which workout setting on a Microsoft Band 2 would be best when doing a workout DVD?

    If anyone else is as dopey as me with new toys, it looks like the exercise tile (the arm weights icon) is used for stationary workouts like yoga and DVD workouts.

    How about the "Yoga" Setting? If you tap the Weight Icon, then Exercise, you can choose Yoga from the scroll menu.
