Hi all
I'm at nearly 3 stone loss but is my belly shifting ... Hell no!!! Any tips ideas help to work on that area would be great!!
I carried twins and put on at least 6 stone! I know I'm never going to have a flat belly again but any help reducing it would be appreciated xx

Hey, I'm a 4 time csection mama here. After my 1st and 2nd kiddo it took almost 2 years for my belly to flatten out, even though I had really good abs under all the belly. After my 3rd it took me like 4 months to loose the weight. The 4th.... well here I am 16 months later and still no flat belly. It differs. If you keep up the good work and really stick with it. It'll happen for you:)

For me each one got easier. The 1st was the worst. My 4th one they sent me home and i want able to fill my pain meds til the next day. That was exciting

If you figure it out please tell! lol Ive had 2 c-sections. After my first I never really lost the weight, the 2nd was only 6 months ago and I've lost a good bit of weight but my stomach still looks huge to me! Not to mention the gross loose skin!

Same here. My first was an emergency section that went septic and reopened 10 days post partum. That was 3 years ago. My second was another section but healed cleanly, thank goodness. However, have huge flabby hanging shelf. Have just started this and am trying to combine diet with walking/jogging with core exercises, hopefully will make difference. Will let you know.

This is my stomach a little earlier this year. I have had 2 csections and was 260 lbs after my first csection.
Stronglifts 5x5 + 0.8g per lb bodyweight protein + modest deficit + some cardio= what made the most difference in my stomach

@shadow2soul I wanna be you someday... Like someday after January 13th. That's when they are estimating my due date. I've already had 2 sections and was told another stab at a VBAC is out of the picture since I'll be 38 and have never had a vaginal birth.

Of course, my starting weight for this pregnancy was like 200lbs so I'll have a long way to go? Did you lift to lose your weight or do more cardio? I like running, but I'm trying to incorporate some lifting. I can't do any free weights right now, so I'm stuck with the machines, but I'm trying.

I lifted and it got significantly flatter. I plan on doing the same after having this one.
