Fats

I see in the nutrition section that the goal for fats is 13 saturated, 0 for polyunsaturated fats and 0 monounsaturated fats. Aren't the unsaturated fats better for you?

The saturated fat total is a goal you should be staying under. But there is no recommended limit to unsaturated fats per the FDA.

Just stay away from trans fats. All the other types of fats are healthy for you. Yes, even saturated fats. Of course assuming that you do not overdo them. The problem is not that saturated fats are bad, it's just that in general western diet there is too much of them. Hence why all the recommendations to limit them. Many people misunderstand the reasoning behind this recommendation and see them as a poison, when in fact it's not about the type, it's about the amount. Your health might actually benefit by including some saturated fats in your diet vs not eating any at all. But too much of everything can harm you (even too much of unsaturated fats).
