On the 20th May I joined MFP but counting calories only and I've lost 7lbs to date....I am super chuffed, today was my biggest lost of 3lb so far in a week...I love calorie counting...makes me feel in control of what I eat...

    Good for you! I got restarted logging food in early May, too. I've lost 10 pounds already just from paying attention to what goes in my mouth! Next, I'll restart being more active. Good luck to you!

    It is eye opening isnt it, makes you think about what you put pass your lips...I work out too doing classes everyday but ive done so well with my calorie counting...i go away in August so am looking to maybe lose another 7lb...x
