I do the Rosemary Conley salacise DVD. I love this DVD it is dancing style moves which is fun and I can alter how much I jump around according to how much energy I have. I also love the different length sections to suit how much time you can spare. The reason I am posting is I am hoping MFP users mabe able to suggest some other good DVD's as I would like to buy another so I can vary what I do but their are som many out their I don't want to waste money on one that is not very good. Which do you recomend? Thanks in advance for any ideas

I use the The Firm dvd's. I like them because they incorporate strength training by using weights. I've lost weight on it before about 10 years ago so I'm sticking to what I know works. I just ordered a new set of dvd's from them last month that i'm doing now. It's called The Firm Express. It comes with 13 dvd's and it guarantees you'll lose 15 lbs in 30 days. HTH0

I like Ellen Barrett's videos. I have her Slim Sculpt, Fat-Burning Fusion and Barefoot Cardio dvds. The only thing is she loses count sometimes - at least once in all three dvds she has you do more reps of an exercise on one side of the body than the other side. I just do the extra then take the video back a bit to catch up with her again.0

I am a huge fan of Chalene Johnson...Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, and ChaLean Extreme. They are all from Beachbody. The first two are basically cardio kickboxing set to music. The music makes you want to move your body! CLX is more strength training.0
