Hey guys we just made a new blog about our 30 day shred weight loss journey! Please check it out! We'll be posting pics and lots of different info about our weight loss journey :). We are planning to do Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels after this! And then P90X after that hopefully!   • Are you doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? I have the video for that but have never made it the full 30 days! Good luck!

    Yes I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred :)

    I've had it for 3 years but I've never done it for the full 30 days either, this time I'm doing it with my sister and I realised it is much more motivating to workout with a buddy rather than by urself!

    Good luck :) I tried that one but my knees started hurting really badly. :( I'm scared to try it again b/c then I had to quit exercising completely til they healed! Set me back quite a bit. Idk if I was doing something wrong? I do exercises w/ lots of squats otherwise...

    Thank you! I used to go to the gym and my knees started hurting because of the treadmill/cross trainer. So far my knees are fine with this dvd. I think different workouts suit different people, not everything is for everyone (like the treadmill is not for me!).
