Hope all is well in the Land of Fitness!!! I'm here to improve overall fitness and to lose 10Kg. I like MTB'ing/ Spinning and Jogging/Walking

    I am just starting this today. Going to the beach in September & wanting to shed some pounds & tone up. Going to track my calories, walk & do Chalean Extreme & Brazil Butt Lift DVDs. Good luck to you!!!
