Stomach fat...

I'm trying very hard to lose my stomach & legs & thighs & hips all together & I can't manage to lose it. Can everybody help me !!! What exercise is good for that. I weigh 136lbs. & im 5'4. But I wanna weigh 125lbs ..

I have the same stats as you, depending on the day. 5'4" 137-140. Eat in a deficit and strength train. Lose slowly.0

Bella I see you are saying you are fat. I have the same stats...do you think I'm fat? We are in a healthy weight range. It's tough to lose once you are, but it's possible. Takes a lot of patience and good logging.0

Two people with the same stats can have different bodies. Genetics may dictate different placement of fat or one could have a higher BF% than the other.0 -

Yeah, I get that. Still a woman who is 5'4" and in the 130s is not fat.1 -
