Quinoa , Mix Veg and baked tofu

1) Make instant quinoa (those which comes in packets)
2) Take a pan put very little oil and saute mix vegetables (frozen vegetables - found in most grocery stores)
3) in Walmart , near vegetables you can find baked tofu. Saute that tofu in pan as well.
4) mix quinoa and sauteed veggies. Add some spices as you like.
And your done. Its very very quick and healthy lunch. q83t4y7toa90.jpeg

    How do you cook your quinoa?, I mean, do you boil the grains with water before adding them to another recipe or do you use them raw? Thanks by the way
