Sorry about the low number. I'm feeling very weak today, and I'm not sure why. Tomorrow I'm going on a 6 mile walk which will probably burn 1000+.

This week I'm on vacation. I'm driving from OK to Chicago and back. Yesterday was a long day at work followed by even a longer time in the car. I'm glad I brought some exercise dvd's with me today since our hotel in MO doesn't have a fitness room.

I have a sore ankle ( sort of tendonitis that kept me away from gym in the last 2 3 weeks ) .
I'm doing the 30Day Shred and I plan to restart spinning from Tuesday so my 'usual burn' is around 700 - 800 cals per day and I ll be back to that from Tuesday with spinning and eliptical (hopefully ).0 -

Well done everyone and every single calorie counts! It all mounts up to push that boat further along!
I'm just waiting to see if the last three team members have any burns to add for the 2nd July before posting the totals to the thread to move the boat further. So far, for the 2nd July we moved 173.28miles which just shows how all of the calories burns add up to produce a really positive team effort!
Oh and don't be disheartened about our current position, there are a fair few boats who have had 2nd July miles added on and the map updated with those miles as well!0 -
I think we are all doing fantastic..........not so concerned about our position as much as our team logging in the time, exercise and results. If we stay the course, and we will..........We are all going to be winners by the time we reach the end of this challenge!
