    I've lost 165 pounds!!

    Today I celebrate officially losing 165 pounds in 10 months! I am SO grateful I had the courage to seek the tool of weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve) and have cultivated a passion for fitness and ketogenic eating these last ten months. I cannot believe how much my life has changed. I never EVER thought I'd be posting here in success stories. But, size 24 to size 4, 305 pounds to 140 pounds (5'9) here I am. I'm just SO excited, and hope you'll celebrate with me!
    I've reached my best self- at 30! Can't wait to see what the future holds!

      I'm incredibly jealous of your fabulous waist! I can see and feel some serious abs developing but I look like I did as teenager...a prepubescent boy!

      I agree with everyone you do look amazing, congratulation. So I have a question and if you feel its too personal I get that you may not want to answer it, I am wondering about loosing all that weight and the extra skin issues. What have you been able to do about it? I only ask because I am working on loosing weight and I am concerned about my stomach area just curious if you were able to do something to help with that?
