scales are not moving!!!!!

I'm almost 4 stones overweight, I'm sticking to 1200 kcals per day, 4 days a week at work doing 15,000 steps per day and swimming for at least 3 hours a week, for the last two weeks the scales haven't moved, I'm gutted, why?????

    my question is that i have been on high protein low carbs diet. i am only eating about 800-900 calories a day. why am i gaining weight. i drink about 90 oz of water daily

    I'm going through the same thing. I wish I had an answer for you, but all I can say is keep accurately logging and staying in your recommended calorie range, as well as maintaining your activity level, don't be discouraged. Something has to give eventually. Even if that means putting away the scale for awhile.
