Hi I am Julie, I'm 40 and been using fitness pal for 50 days and have lost 17 lbs so far.Need to lose around a 100lb so am in it for the long run. Usually use th e app on my phone but tonight I am checking out the forums on my pc and hoping to get lots of inspiration and ideas.

    i find music is the best thing to keep me going when im hitting the wall to be honest.

    Good luck Julie - I'm up in Scotland and lost 20lbs 3 months ago here but then had a hard time and stopped dieting and put 8lbs back on...started 3 days ago and I've lost another 1lb so far. This works if you stick at it.
