Tracking Calories

How do people track how many calories they burned while weight lifting? For example if I do a 25 lb curl how many calories do I use if I do 3×15?

    Enter duration under circuit training but it is only approximate.

    2 options I would suggest:
    1. enter "strength training" in the cardio section for an estimate.
    2. change your activity level to light active instead of sedentary and don't log strength training.

    Keep in mind the benefits of lifting is not the calories burned but rather muscle retention while in a caloric deficit, as well as increasing strength and bone density.
