Struggling to lose weight

I have been following a low carb, high protein and fat diet of around 1200-1500 calories a day for the last 6 weeks. I have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week doing various circuits, trampoline, boxing and hiit related classes. I am also taking Thermopure, cla and omega 3 supplements, along with an impact diet whey protein shake for breakfast. I lost 3lb in the first week but nothing since. Where am I going wrong?

Are you weighing everything with a food scale?
Also are you eating back all or most of your exercise calories? Those calculations can be inflated.
Those are the two problems I could see without knowing more information.3 -
Are you weighing all your food? If not, start. You're most likely eating more than you think. It could also be water retention. At those cals, most people would be losing.2

I'm weighing everything. Mfp recommended 1400cal diet. Exercise is usually between 600-900cals burnt per session according to my polar watch. I'm also fairly active as a teacher, on my feet all day. I don't eat back the calories I burn.0

Are you eating your exercise calories?
Someone else was saying they were getting high calorie burns from a polar device. What are you doing and how long?0 -
It depends on your starting weight, height and gender as to how many calories you need for weight loss, but I'm willing to bet you're eating more than you think you are.5

There is no way that anyone could eat 1400 calories, do 900 calories of exercise and not lose weight. You're obliviously not tracking your calories accurately.5

VERY unlikely you are burning 600-900 calories per session unless you are exercising for hours and hours everyday?? what are you doing to burn these 600-900 calories?2 -
Are you tracking your measurements as well as scale weight? Often water weight will mask any scale losses (especially if you don't weigh daily). Measurements will be a little more accurate on this. I currently take mine every 1-2 wks as I'm on a high sodium diet (Dr's orders) so will often see spikes and dips as my body flushes the extra water weight.0

I weight train for about 45 min's- 1hr a day and burn around 200 calorie's in that time you have to be in the gym for a few hours for 600-900. I agree it's your tracker that's off if you're sure you are logging calories right.0
