Hello all-
My name is Bri! I am 22. I had my daughter, Char, in December 2015, and have since lost all the baby weight, roughly 30-35 pounds. However, I have a bit more fat around my body, which can only be eliminated if I start living a healthier lifestyle. I plan on calorie counting, as it has helped me lose weight before, which I have maintained for 2 years (minus the pregnancy!), and working out at least 5 days a week.
Right now, I find it hard to work out bc I'm either commuting or at work Mon-Fri, 7am to 6:30pm, and when I get home, I feel guilty if I am away from my daughter. I do get a one hour lunch break and the entire time I walk, so I walk about 3 miles at lunch everyday. I have a Fitbit and make sure to get my 10k a day, although I don't always sync it. I tried to use the gym at lunch, but I sweat too much and don't have time to shower and it was not OK in the office I work in. I sort of watch what I eat, but I am tempted by soda, chips, and sweets a few times a week. I'm going to focus on cutting out all these junk foods, except the occasional reward, and syncing my Fitbit every night.
I would love to meet some new people on this journey! I'm friendly, we can chat about healthy life styles, or even just life. I'd love to have some people to help keep me accountable and give me tips, so don't hesitate to message me!
I welcome any advice about working out with a 6/7 month old!
