Banana Bread/Muffins

Anyone have a good banana bread and/or muffin recipe? I have 3 bananas that I need to use in the next day or so and I am looking for a bread/muffin to make with them.

    Cooking Light & Skinny Taste have great recipes.

    You can freeze your bananas too (with the skin on). Just put in a zip-lock bag. They look awful as you thaw them, but still tastey in recipes that call for mashed bananas.

    They freeze really well and thaw out in about 30 seconds in the microwave if you don't eat all dozen of them within a few days.
