Getting ready for work yesterday I asked my husband if the top I had on looked ok. He is NOT a morning person at all and I had already woken him up to dress our toddler so I was definitely expecting one of his normal smart *kitten* answers. Instead I get...

"you look really nice honey. I can tell you are starting to lose weight, that shirt looks great."

I have to admit I almost felt his head for a fever, compliments are not easy to come by from him. Way to make my weekend!

Congrats! I know those NSV are perhaps what keeps you more motivated that the number on the scale. My parents saw me for the first time since Christmas yesterday and the first thing they said was how great I'm looking.

I know it's different for your husband to say something than it is for my parents lol but it made me feel good.

Keep up the wonderful work. I've seen such an improvement over the last few weeks!

That put a huge smile on my face! I just got my first compliment today , I emailed a picture to my brother of me holding a quart of wine rasberries I picked today and asked what recipes he knew and his response was I don't know any recipes but your face looks thin - good job sis! I feel awesome.
