What's the scale say? I've had the opposite sensation. Looking in a mirror, dang I'm starting to look good. Stepping on a scale, I'm still obese.

Climb on the scale and see what it says. You are looking at trends, not every day fluctuations. Those fluctuations will mess with your brain

If the trend is saying you're getting smaller but you're eyes aren't matching it, you're either
    a) not noticing the small changes that are happening every day (I still can't notice the difference but everyone else can!)
    b) feeling extra self-conscious about your body and not appreciating the changes

Maybe it's time to get some professional help. A registered dietician who can help you set up a plan, since you aren't listening to anything anyone here says.

    And this:

I don't know anymore with you. I. Just. Don't. Know.

You know you messed up when Kermit's disappointed in you.

Dieting can be very emotionally unpleasant- it might be a good idea to find someone in real life to talk to. Over eaters anonymous is one support group I know of but I'm sure there are many others.

The truth is that if losing weight was as easy as counting calories we would all be skinny. People have reasons to hold onto their unhealthy habits.

When was the last time you weighed yourself and what did you weigh?

Last time I weighed myself last Sunday morning

    And what did you weigh?

Did you go up from the previous Sunday ... or down?

First time I weighed on a Sunday, last Saturday I went to my doctors to weigh but I know my doctors scale is different to my home scale,so I have to use the same scale under the same conditions with the same clothes.

So you've been here for four months, but haven't been consistent. That explains your lack of progress.

I will need to be to see progress

Yes. You need to be consistent with weighing and with logging using a food scale.
