Hey.. Time to get serious and get some accountability partners to help get and stay fit.

    Does the accountability extend to staying under calorie limit for the day? I am not great with exercise but wouldn't mind help with making sure I don't Hulk out and eat the contents of the fridge....

    Yeah. I do well during the day but overdo it at night.

    Nighttime is definitely the worst! So easy to sit here logging food...deciding what all ya have to do tomorrow and then the munchies sneak up...I mean..what harm could a handful of cashews do right?...lol. I could use accountability partners as well: )

    Well, if anyone would like to add me, feel free. I am going to be in the house by myself this Sunday and may require encouragement to stay on track. Actually, that's probably more like I definitely will be tempted to snack and go over calorie limits.(I may have dreamt about KFC last night!)
