Is this pancake mix good for me?

I bought this protein pancake mix and was wondering if I did a good choice choosing it.
200 calories per serving, 3g fat, 6g fibre, 8g sugar, 17g protein.
Ingredients: Buttermilk powder (Which I'm guessing is what adds all that sugar), whey protein isolate,Xanthsn gum and the rest of the ingredients are pretty basic.

Looks pretty basic to me. The BM powder for fluffiness, the protein powder for (obviously) protein, and Xanthan gum as a thickening agent/binder.1

Is it FlapJacked Pancake mix by any chance? I personally love it, and I recently discovered their Mighty Muffin products, which are also tasty.
It's good for you if it fits your macro and calorie goals.0 -

You gotta check out Lund's Swedish Pancake Mix (Publix). 120 cals/ 1/2 c. mix. Use Egg Beaters and S/F syrup and you can have a glorious tall stack for <200 INCLUDING SYRUP!!0
