Cardio weight loss

Options
All I do is cardio 3-4 times a week. This usually consists of 15 minutes in a stair master and 40-60 minutes on a stationary bike or the treadmill doing interval workouts. Does anyone have any more tips for weight loss? I'm consuming 1350 calories a day. Thanks!

    You don't say whether weight loss is slow or non-existent but if that is the case you need to re-eveluate your calories in.
    • Ensure that you are accurately tracking everything you eat
    • Consider only eating back some (half?) of your exercise calories.
