I am a 44 year old mum, with an office job, and 50lb to lose (that's my interim goal.) I do 30 mins of cross training, 3-5 times a week. MFP has me on 1200 calories, I weigh everything & check packaging, but my weight loss has slowed right down to 0.4-0.8lb in 7-10 days. How can I get back to a steady 2lb a week???

How long as the weightloss slowed down for? If it's slowed down over the past couple of days, it's probably period-related water retention.

    Relax.

It's a couple of weeks now, plus my TOTM has never affected my weight before, not an ounce!

As @KateTii points out a stall isn't a stall until you've seen nothing quite a while. Personally I don't consider any changes until 2 or three weeks.

Be patient and stay the course. Your scale will catch up eventually.
