Hey guys. Maybe not quite shredded... YET! :P Just thought Id post a little blurb on my progress. Started as a weight loss contest with family back on January 1st and it is quickly leading into the best decision of my adult life. Cant wait to get to the ultimate goal of being as fit as I was in High School. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Thanks guys! I really started the first month by just not eating the crazy foods I was eating before. That and adjusting my calorie intake to about 1500 got down the first 15 pounds. I started working out the second month with almost entirely Plyometric Cardio Circuits and Body weight only training. The last 3 months I continued my workouts 5 or 6 days a week and added some fasted cardio in 3 or 4 mornings a week. Usually a 3 or 4 mile jog. Work hard, eat clean, cheat when you need to. The thing I noticed the most was eating more calories and eating every 3 hours ramped my metabolism up like I didnt think was possible. Cheers, Nick
