Very pleased with this result. Have been ill for 6 years now things are getting better and no more living with pain.

    Hope you have a speedy recovery.

    My pain was back/neck and shoulder. Lasted 5 years on pain killers just to get through the day. Thought this day would never come. Pain free. Made me a stronger person though and can pass this on/experience to my children when they go through or experience pain. Very hard to loose weight when you are unable to move.

    Why did your hernia rupture?
