Refreshing my MFP Profile I've been a member since 2011 lost 111 lbs. However, as of today I've gained 58.8lbs back!!! I don't want to go down the wrong wrong any more. Anyone willing to encourage me in general but specifically I want people to congratulate me when they see I've completed my dairy even if that diary is atrocious. The first step is admitting I have a problem and I need help and so here I am.0
