How's this site working for everyone?
I've not done any serious exercise for a little while now, so i'm looking to get back into it again and got introduced to this site as a way of keeping an eye on my food intake. And I have to say I think what ever level of fitness you are in to, this site is a very powerful tool to have if your looking at weight loss and also for protein intake as well for muscle building too.
