Has anyone used her meal plan with any success? She has a website and sells ebooks. Moderate amounts of lean protein with tons of vegetables and some wheat bran and protein powder thrown in for good measure. And small amounts of dairy. Two plans, 1500 cal and 1100 cal. Her body is almost cartoonishly muscular, but very lean.
Just wondering if anyone had stayed on the plan for more than a few weeks.

    Im trying it- been on it two weeks and going into the third week of 12

    I am going into week 4 and I have lost 4 pounds- I am keeping muscle if not gaining muscle and Im very lean. I plan on getting to 9% BF in 12 weeks.
