Over 55 female trying to lose 40 lbs ( 30lbs by December) and walk min of 40 minutes 6 days a week

    Hi gerryfox. I would love to join you in the journey. I am also over 55 (56 actually), female and had 40 lbs to lose at the beginning of my weight loss journey. Since April 22 I have lost about 17 pounds through diet and exercise. Currently I go to the gym 2 - 3 times a week, do aqua aerobics 5 days a week and walk for about 40 minutes 3 days a week. It would be great to have someone to share with.
