    Mashed avocado on toast
Blueberry pancakes (I eat mine with Greek yogurt instead of syrup)
    Scrambled eggs & veggies
    Leftovers from yesterday
    Eggs on toast
Fried egg on a sandwich slim with cheese
Protein shake with fruit, yogurt, & protein powder
Fried egg on a multigrain waffle

Usually a protein shake with berries and a banana. I might follow that with a protein bar as well. I would like to make something more tasty but don't seem to have the time.

    Typically either:
a break-free egg omelet with 300-400 grams of veggies-- e.g., some combination of mushrooms, onions, squash, spinach, bok choy, chard, kale, eggplant, etc.
    or
a bowl of 5-grain hot cereal with fruit (blueberries & blackberries are favorites) and kefir

I shoot for 300-400 calories, usually some combo of eggs (boiled, poached or, rarely, fried), cheese, kippers, toast, oatmeal, muesli, cold cereal, and/or almond milk. Sometimes fruit, like a banana, or raisins or currants in my cereal, but not all the time because I'm watching my sugar intake too. I try to get 15-20g of protein but it doesn't always work out that way.

I been having smashed avacado on toasted with a over easy egg on top .. cottage chesse and banna on the side.. I love it and I'm quite satisfied for 330 cals.
