So, tonight, for the first time, I can feel my abs. Not as in, "I can feel them because they're sore", but as in, I can literally feel them under my shirt. Abs. Mine. Amazed. Woohoo!

    Thanks so much! It helps so much to know there's a community here. If you're working your abs, and you can't feel them, they're under...hate to say it...fat. You can lose that! Cuz they're IN THERE! You have to be really strict if you want to see results fast. You'll see them eventually if you're less strict, but not so soon...me, i need to see results fast in order to keep motivated, and i live alone and kinda enjoy torturing myself. LOL!!!

    Ps, this morning i could feel my glute muscles. I have no idea why my hand was on my butt, but nevertheless there it was, and i have GLUTES. Not just butt fat, actual MUSCLE. If i can do this, ladies, so can you! Every little bit counts. Now, put down that cheesecake. LOL!
