Charlie horses

Is anyone getting Charlie horses? I'm only two weeks in and they've already started. Uggg. I've gotten them thru out weightloss and pregnancies. My secret weapon was a lot of bananas and a lot of water but now with my weight so high and me doing minimal carbs (20 Max a day) I don't want to add the extra sugars. Any secrets?

It's the potassium in bananas that work. So I would imagine other foods high in potassium would be also.0

One word: Magnesium

Potassium and magneium. I stopped having leg cramps when I added a 400 mg magneium suppliment.

I personally take one Magnesium pill every other day, I get plenty of potassium in my foods so no need for that one and make sure you are getting enough fluids1
