Hey! I'm on here every day. I'm 5'2" I've lost 5 pounds and have 50 more to go. I'm exercising to help my mood and losing weight so I can have a healthy pregnancy in the near future. I just ordered a Fitbit. If you relate to any of that, please add me up!

Hi ..I've just joined here I'm 5.4 so still pretty short lol think I need to lose about 60 lbs to get to my goal weight I just need to do sumat now as I've lost my confidence an just want to be healthy an look good again !0

hi Im 5'1 i just started back at the gym..need to stay motivated...need to loose at least 50 lbs. im 59 yrs old and it is much harder the older i get. some days i wonder if its worth it.

^^^I can imagine it's hard! I'm only saying this because I'm 39 and have no idea when my metabolism came to a screeching halt and I have a lot of lower back problems, about everything I do different tweaks it so I'm petrified of the gym! I admire you for going back! All I can manage is yoga for back pain 5 days a week at home. I hope to be going to the gym at 59!!! Keep it up!

I just joined, I am 5'1 need to lose 45 ponds, I am 57 years old, recoverd from stroke and slowly managing my autoimmune, lupus and RA thru eating healthy, but my weight doesn't budge after I lost 8 lps 3 months ago. the only excercise I do is walk and streches, no gyms to hard on my joints.

I am a 36yo, 5’2” Mum and full time caregiver living in Australia. I joined 5 days ago looking for like-minded folks to get healthy with. I'm 5', 51 yrs old, 155 lbs. I had a complete hysterectomey 2 years ago, and a stomach pooch appeared that I NEVER had, along with back fat, and hair is thinning! Need some insight on eating to battle the menopause gut! I'm on half mg of estrogen, but I'm supposed to be weaning off if it. Anyone having same trouble? I also have two bulging discs in L4 and L5 that prohibits alit if sit-ups.0

Hey! I'm 5'1. I started MyFitness Pal (again) a little over a month ago. I've lost about 8 pounds so far by just changing my diet and jogging a few minutes four times a week. I did slack a bit last week and the week before though-I wonder where I'd be if I hadn't! I am trying to lose at least 40 pounds more. I need some friends with a similar goal to help keep me accountable!0

Hey ladies! My name is Shay, and I am not new to MFP, but just started using it again a couple weeks ago. I'm 5'2" and 250 pounds. My doctor said the recommended weight for my height is 130 pounds...I literally rofl. I want to get down to 175 and let's see what happens from there! Please add me!
