Hello from newbie

Hi all,

Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I'm a 6'4" man weighing in at 250lbs. I have a very large frame, so I've been able to carry it off to an extent, but my job involves sitting at a computer for several hours a day, and I've seen my weight increase steadily over the past year and a half from around 220lbs.

It's at the stage now when my belly is getting in the way, and I've decided to do something about it. I've taken up running again (used to run several years ago, although never very well!) and am making a real effort to watch what I eat. This site has been a great way of keeping track, and I've now installed the app on my iphone to makes things even easier.

    Welcome. I started at 6 ft 244 and also sit on comp all day. I am down to 222 since June 3rd so I know u can do it. Good luck!
