Hello, I'm new to the calorie counting thing. Could someone explain the calorie counting equation on the diary section? Is the ending number the deficit?
Also I'm 5"6 and roughly 183, my daily intake looks like it should be around 1900 on the app, but my ending number has routinely been around 600-750

The first number in the equation is your goal. The second is calories consumed. The third as added calories from exercise. The last is your final result. If the ending number is green that is how many calories you have left until your goal. If it is red that is how much past your goal you went.1

Yes. If it's green you can still eat a bit more and be in the deficit you selected.0
