I was at 1540 cal/day and the weight loss stopped after losing about 15-16lb. I lowered it to 1460 cal/day, do you think this will make a difference or should I go more drastic? It's very hard for me to keep a 1200 cal diet bc I go to the gym 5-6 days each week and afterwards I'm usually starving. Just wanted some opinions!

If you're hitting the gym and giving a solid workout that many times per week, you probably just need to stick with what you have and be patient.

How's your logging? That should always be your first stop before lowering calories. Are you using your food scale for all solids, measuring cups for all liquids? Using the recipe builder? Using accurate entries? Calculating exercise calories accurately?

Yes, I use a food scale for literally everything I eat. Even down to the carrots and tomatoes I cut up to put on salad. I'm very meticulous about it which is why I'm confused the weight loss has stopped.

What does MFP say your goal should be? Usually you need to update your goals every 5 pounds or so.

If you're active you probably need to eat more. I would try increasing honestly. That's pretty low for that regular of exercise. I lose slowly eating 2100
