Where in database do I find...

A Zumba workout? And I today have been loaned an air climber - what would that be in the excercise database OR am I able just add in calories burned (as the little computer on it says)? Thanks

    Use Dance/Aerobic and make a note that it was Zumba.

    You can create your own exercises if you know the calories you burned. I use a HRM so I created a Zumba workout and just enter the calories burned from my HRM. I did the same thing for some of the work out dvds I have.
