Tricep workouts without the weights????

Hello all,
Does anyone have any ideas on tricep workouts that don't require weights?
Perhaps some ideas that have worked well for you in the past or the present?

That about says it all, just to add to that...to decrease dip difficulty elevate your upper body, to increase difficulty elevate legs/lower body. I like to do these with my ankles on a stability ball. For push-ups, the closer your hands are together the more tricep recruitment you'll get, try it by forming a diamond with your index fingers and thumbs directly below your sternum.

To build up the triceps muscle, bench dips.
To shrink the fat layer covering the muscle, follow the usual fat loss advice of a calorie deficit + full-body strength training. Fat loss can't be targeted.1 -
keep your elbows body width apart , dont let them flare apart . you can do skull crushers with a gallon of water or heavy book. google bodyweight tricep exercises, they are a zillion ways.1

Lie on your side. Put the arm closest to the floor up over your opposite shoulder. Use your other arm to push yourself away from the floor.
