Last year when I started losing weight my goal was set for losing 2 pounds a week and I lost close to 20 lbs. But I changed it to 1 pound a week and well I have gradually gained all but 1 pound of my weight lost back. I am restarting and changing my goal back to 2 pounds a week and see how I do. Losing weight is such a fun game and I determined to win and start losing again! I have got to get these extra pounds off!

Strange. How did you gain the weight back if it was set to 1lb a week? Should have just slowed down but still see steady losses2

I am going to assume this is down to inaccurate logging. A more aggressive goal gives you more margin for error.
Have a look at the threads just bumped about how to log accurately.8 -
Keep in mind this app gives everyone a general idea of how many calories for losing/gaining 1-2 lbs each week, it's not individualized at all. So if you were logging accurately it's just that your body needed less calories then the app was telling you to maintain that 1 lb lost each week.0
