How much water do you drink a day?

2.5 - 3 litres daily. I bring a full 600ml water bottle with me to work and fill it up through the day. The key for me is to never let myself get thirsty, as by then you're already dehydrated!
If you struggle to drink a lot of water I would suggest adding fruit such as lemon or lime.0 -
I have between 2.5-3 litres each day. I only drink water because its the only think I find quenches my thirst.0

I drink around 80oz of water a day. More if I am doing a long kayak or paddleboard session.0

Very little. On an average day 2-3 cups. I try but I am just not a water drinker. Can never remember to drink it.0

If we're talking just plain old h2o then 0 cups per day.0

I stop counting after 64oz. That's my bare minimum, in addition other drinks.0

About 6 to 7 cups.0

68-72 oz a day. But I love water. I guzzle it down0

I aim for a gallon per day, but I often wonder if it is enough for me. I find it hard to get more than that in most days though.0

I drink 3-4 litres a day. Not including coffee, tea and the occasional sports drink if I'm on a long bike ride. I'm a cook, in a 37 degree celsius kitchen 3 litres goes down easy in 8 hours.0

Usually soft bouled egg with bread/tortilla and sweetened milk tea.0

WOW! I am amazed at how much water so many of you are drinking. I drink about 2-3 liters a day, plus 20 ounces per 20 miles of bike rides over 30 miles. I used to drink a gallon+ a day, and I couldn't donate blood and a physician told me I was at risk of diluting my electrolyte and nutrients too much. I get made fun of for how much I drink (and pee) and worry I am still drinking too much. I am just a thirsty person. I've even been tested for diabetes countless times. Reading all your comments makes me feel like I am not so crazy. Thank you!0

I do my best to drink 64 oz daily, but admittedly, that includes tea and other drinks.0

I drink 80 oz. My cup is 20 oz and I make sure that I drink two of them before lunch and two of them after lunch. If I don't drink enough my fingers swell and my rings don't fit.
I HAVE to monitor my liquid intake or I'd never get enough. I know people posting above can't imagine NOT drinking water, but I am an odd person who is NEVER, EVER thirsty. I could go the whole week and only have a few sips with my lunches and dinners. So I keep track.1 -
I drink a gallon to a gallon and a half every day.0

Between a gallon and a gallon and a half. I seem to need a lot of water. That's the amount I just naturally drink - I'm not aiming for any goal or anything, just drink when I'm thirsty.0
