Toss it
Peel, break in half and carve something cool
Grind it up and put it in a smoothie
Grind it then use it on your skin

I don't know. I usually don't make guacamole. I use it in salads or on fajitas, or i'll eat it whole. If you look on etsy, people carve jewelry out of them. I've tried little kidney shaped almond pits so far.

I don't know about eating it. Even the California Avocado Commission doesn't recommend it.
IS IT SAFE TO EAT THE AVOCADO SEED?1 -
Put a skewer through it and use that to hang it over a glass of water. The bottom half should be in the water. Place in a sunny window. You'll have an avacado tree in no time.5

i saw a thing with somebody toasting it the other day and then grinding it up to put in a smoothie. looked revolting though.
You can also use the meat and make ink...I have not tried this.1 -

Grate them and put in smoothies for great arthritis relief, and I also like to grate them, and toast them in the over and sprinkle over salads for nutty crunchy bits instead of croutons. These are also great for adding to my mixed nuts/seeds for my snacks.1

I've never had any success with that method. Finally I just put one in dirt and put a bottle over it. Finally I have one with a root growing.0 -
"1) Scrub an avocado pit clean.
2) Scrape/peel off the brown skin.
3) Carve a cute face and wait ten minutes.
4) Never sleep again."2 -
Are we talking about the big seed or the hole?0

Eat it backwards0

Don't eat it! If it was edible we would have always eaten them and you would know without a doubt. It's bitter because it's bad for you. Nature has a way of showing us these things, with bright colors, bitter tastes and bad smells.1
