Summer Season Challenge!

I have gained and lost weight too many times in the last 7 years (post babies). Recently, I have begun to use food to relieve stress. I am on the verge of 200 pounds and only weighed that much when I was pregnant. Each time I lost weight, I had a group to keep me accountable. Anyone interested in tracking their weight loss with me to help me stay accoutabke through the summer season? Summer starts today! Let's weigh in Saturday mornings because weekends can be tough.     This week wasn't too bad. Exercised and stayed under my calorie goal throughout, even when that meant working out at 9:30 at night. Lost 4 pounds, but I can't see or feel it, so it's less impressive than the number might suggest.

    Onward to another successful week and perhaps dropping out of the "obese" category!

    And yay for @Traceyc83! You are rocking this challenge!

    I've been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds of water weight for the past two weeks. Its very frustrating. However, I feel like my clothes might be fitting better - or its me being optimistic. Wanting to lose this last 10 pounds before we start trying for baby #2 this fall :)
