Mirror vs looking down.

I've always struggled with the way I look. I've been working out and eating better. I'm starting to like what I see in the mirror but when I look down towards my feet it looks like I have no muscle tone...
Do people see what I see when looking down or is it more likely they see what I see in the mirror?

I don't know what people see when they look at you. But, I go by the mirror. It doesn't lie, it gives an accurate representation of yourself at whatever distance you're standing at. Sure, some may make you look bigger or smaller but most are accurate in the depiction of people.0

Mirror is probably more accurate, but looks aren't all there is to life. Are you feeling better? Are you more healthy than you were?1

I do not like what I see when I look down but in the mirror it's like a whole different person

Looking down vs mirror is not a very flattering angle, lol0

I don't look for muscle tone. I do like what I see in the mirror, dressed or not.0
